Olawale Atanda is a key member of the firm’s Fintech, TMT, and Corporate Finance practice groups. Olawale advises local and international clients across various sectors on commercial transactions, with particular expertise in supporting businesses through their lifecycle – from incorporation to fundraising and exit.

He has acted on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, regulatory support and licensing, and data protection compliance.

Olawale is a graduate of the University of Lagos. He is a licensed Data Protection Officer, a SEC-registered Compliance Officer, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL).
