Ayomide Ayileka is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial, FinTech, and Dispute Resolution practice.

He is a resourceful lawyer with a detail-oriented approach to solving legal issues and has an intricate understanding of commercial issues, which he employs to identify and address risks to clients. His thorough analytical skills, work ethic and attention to detail makes him an invaluable member of the TNP team.

Ayomide holds a Second-Class Upper Degree in Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association.
