Favour is a versatile lawyer with expertise in technology, corporate commercial transactions, private equity, and venture capital investments. As an Associate with our corporate commercial team, she brings hands-on experience advising start-ups, scale-ups, and investors across various industries.

Her dedication to international commercial law earned her recognition as an outstanding delegate at the Lagos Model United Nations, which led to her participation as an international delegate at the United Nations Environmental Assembly and the National Model United Nations in Washington, D.C. in 2017. Favour’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Kano.

She is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators Nigeria and a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Nigeria.
