Genevieve advises on a range of commercial matters including capital market transactions, corporate finance, intellectual property and taxation. She provides legal, commercial and strategic advice in the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and agreements, as well as business advisory services and support to clients in various sectors of the economy.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria and Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
