Oghenetega (“Tega”) Adedipe is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice, and a member of the Technology, Media, and Entertainment practice.
A creative and dynamic thinker, Tega advises clients on entertainment, media, tech, and financing transactions, with a particular focus on corporate and regulatory matters.
He’s a graduate of Adeleke University and a member of the Sport & Entertainment Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL).
